Who I Am
I’ve always been fascinated by people – what helps them thrive, what holds them back, and what enables them to grow into the leaders they’re capable of becoming.
That curiosity led me to psychology, a 30-year career in human resources, executive leadership, coaching, and ultimately to developing my own leadership framework.
Leadership has never been just a profession for me. It’s deeply personal.
Yes, I’m an HR executive, executive coach, consultant, speaker, author, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Every one of those roles has shaped how I see people and how I lead.
They remind me that behind every title is a human being longing to contribute, belong, and become their best.

During the past 13 years in executive HR leadership, I’ve learned that technical expertise alone isn’t enough. Lasting organizational success depends on leaders who have the courage, judgment, and influence to do what’s right — even when it’s difficult.
The creator of the HR Leadership Evolution System™, I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in human resources management, am a Certified Personal & Executive Coach (CPEC), a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a PQ-trained Executive Mental Fitness Coach, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and an NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC).
