Hi! I'm Jill Brown. Mother to a spirited, highly sensitive, dynamic and magnanimous 22-year old son - daughter to wonderful parents - sister to a loving, industrious brother - loved one to many open, positive, beautiful members of my extended family and friends - and colleague to hundreds of talented, passionate, and kind professionals. I’m sure there’s more… According to my spiritual adviser, I’m an “altruistic visionary” here on this Earth to coach, counsel, support, develop, inspire, and initiate the healing of others. Highly sensitive and intuitive, I’m an empath, enabling me to quickly make meaningful connections with others. As a humanist, I’m naturally curious about the human condition – individually and collectively, and how I can contribute toward making it easier and more fulfilling for others by focusing on the whole - physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual. Without a doubt, my son is my best teacher. Motherhood, more than anything else, has kept me on my toes, exposed my self-defeating thoughts and behavior patterns, cultivated patience, and redefined the meaning of compassion. He is my mirror!
For nearly three decades, I’ve been transmuting my passion for helping people into actions that get results. In the corporate world, I design and execute transformational people strategies that nurture engaging workplace culture while advancing overall business objectives.
As a coach, I help people advance their personal and professional effectiveness which I find to be the most fulfilling aspect of my work.
I’ve led human resources operations, organizational development, leadership and learning, and employee communications functions for several companies, primarily in the services sector across multiple industries. A thought leader in areas such as employee engagement, the coaching organization, servant leadership, evolving through conflict and change, and heart-centered leadership to name just a few, I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working to help some amazing companies achieve the prestigious, “Best Places to Work” award.
I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in human resources management, am a Certified Personal & Executive Coach (CPEC), a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), .a PQ-trained Executive Mental Fitness Coach, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and an NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC).
Each day I expand love, joy, success, health, peace & prosperity, and INSPIRE others to do the same.
